Soft-washing is our cleaning process which is the opposite of pressure or power washing.
A-OK Pressure Washing, Inc. uses a Soft-wash Technique. As a professional pressure washing company, we've seen the damage when maintenance isn't correctly done. We have found through massive research that different applications need to be used on different surfaces. |
Soft-washing is more time consuming but it is proven to be better for a Client's property. Soft-washing is gentle and non-abrassive wash and highly effective. We use a custom made soft-washing system comprised of solutions to clean and rinse. It creates "Brilliant" results.
Our cleaning solutions are made up of mildew-cides, algae-cides, soaps, & surfactants. These solutions are mixed on-site to the specific needs of the surface being cleaned. Our soaps are NOT store bought but shipped in from a company that deals in this type of business.
First, the solution is applied to the surface. We then give it the appropriate time to kill the mold, mildew, algae and fungus. The surface is then rinsed thoroughly with fresh water. We take every precaution for the foliage and landscaping with extensive watering before, during and after.
Pressure or Power Washing can damage vinyl, wood, composite and paint. If an inexperienced person uses a pressure washer on a home, it can force water where it's not meant to be. Vinyl siding slants downward for a reason. It's designed to keep water from getting behind it, where it can get trapped.
MAKE SURE THE COMPANY YOU CONSIDER HIRING HAS THE EXPERIENCE AND PROPER EQUIPMENT TO DO THE JOB CORRECTLY, SAFELY AND MOST OF ALL EFFICIENTLY TO SAVE YOU MONEY.
